Minions: The Rise of Gru
This movie is also a prequel to the Despicable Me series; however, it is also a sequel to the original minions movie. This film picks up where the previous Minions movie left off. It showcases how Gru came to be the minions' ultimate leader. Gru auditons to become part of his favorite villain group known as the "Vicious 6." During his audition, Gru steals a precious gem from the group, and the rest of the movie follows Gru trying to escape the group as they set out to kill him.
