Neptune

Neptune is the eighth planet from the Sun and is known for its deep blue color, caused by the presence of methane in its atmosphere. It has a diameter of about 49,244 kilometers and a day on Neptune is similar to Uranus, lasting about 16 hours and 6 minutes, while one year is equal to about 165 Earth years. Neptune has a thick atmosphere mostly composed of hydrogen, helium, and methane. The planet also has a system of rings and many moons, with the largest being Triton, which is the only large moon in the solar system that orbits in a direction opposite to its planet's rotation. Neptune has been studied by spacecraft such as Voyager 2 and the Hubble Space Telescope, which have provided valuable information about its atmosphere, rings, and moons.
