"Shutter Island"
Scorsese's "Shutter Island" is one of the best movies every made in my opinion. It is the most jaw dropping, unexpected plot twists I have ever seen in a movie.
Two US marshals are sent to a mental institution on an inhospitable island in order to investigate the disappearance of a patient, but get suspicious of the truth of the Island and its inmates.
