Scooter Braun noticed him and saw great upcoming talent. He introduced Justin to Usher and the two ended up working together, which increased Justin's popularity even more. His first single, "One Time", was released in 2009, and the rest is history. He grew into a teen pop-star and has been one of the most popular artists ever since.
