Welcome to the official informational website of "The Muppets". The Muppets are a group of puppet characters created by Jim Henson, celebrated for their humor, creativity, and heart. The puppets are made of cloth and foam and performed by skilled puppeteers. The legendary characters Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, and Fozzie Bear are recognized by most due to The Muppet Show and lots of other muppet movies. Now owned by Disney, the Muppets are still beloved for their fun combination of comedy, music, and fantasy.
